His Excellency Minster of Higher Education and Scientific Research,
Dr.Neem Al-Aboody gives a letter of thanks to a number of the Iraqi Universities and Al-Nahrain University appreciating the given and outstanding efforts in managing and organizing volunteer work
which is done accurately and efficiently.
The Minster explains in his letter that these efforts produce obtaining Minster of Higher Education the first position in General Secretariat of the Council of Minsters ranking assuring that this reflects the high feeling of responsibility and great care that the Iraqi Universities do.
Also ,Dr.Neem Al-Oboody pray for Allah The Almighty to succeed all the teaching and administrative staffs and increase their giving in the service of the lovely Iraq.
