
The College of Pharmacy at Al-Nahrain University organizes a specialized scientific symposium on the application of artificial intelligence techniques in pharmacology on Monday, January 26, 2026, with the participation of a distinguished group of the College’s instructors.
The symposium aims to introduce the role of artificial intelligence and its modern applications in pharmacology, particularly in the fields of natural compound analysis, accelerating drug discovery processes, and improving the accuracy of diagnosis and the prediction of therapeutic efficacy. This contributes to keeping pace with recent scientific developments and enhancing the quality of education and scientific research.”
The symposium includes two scientific lectures presented by Assist. Instr.Mustafa Hassan Alwan and Assistant Lecturer Aya Fadhil Abbas, during which the prospects of utilizing intelligent technologies to support and advance pharmaceutical sciences are reviewed.
The symposium witnesses notable scientific interaction among participants, as constructive discussions were held that emphasized the importance of integrating modern technologies into pharmaceutical education and research, in line with Al-Nahrain University’s orientation toward supporting innovation and academic modernization.
