ملاحظة هامة : في حال عدم ملء الاستمارة اعلاه تكون الجامعة غير ملزمة بإسكان الطالب.
علاوة على ذلك، بما أننا نولي أهمية قصوى لسلامة الجميع، فإنه يتعين عليكم أيضًا ملء استمارة التصريح الأمني الخاصة بإدخال الأجهزة الإلكترونية إلى الحرم الجامعي. يرجى التأكد من تعبئة هذه الاستمارة بعناية في أقرب وقت ممكن.

Al-Nahrain university welcomes all students who have been accepted for the university scholarship. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for you to ensure an optimal learning experience.
We would like to remind you of the importance of filling out the International Student Housing Form. Please note that you must provide the necessary information as quickly as possible to ensure suitable and appropriate accommodation for you.
Important note: If you do not fill out the above form, the university is not obligated to provide housing for the student.
Furthermore, since we place utmost importance on everyone's safety, you are also required to fill out the Security Permit for Electronic Devices form to enter the university campus. Please ensure that this form is filled out carefully as soon as possible.
Please note that electronic devices will be inspected upon entry, and failure to declare them will result in their entry being prohibited.
