College of Political Sciences of Al-Nahrain University discusses the Phd dissertation about the intellectual bases of foreign policy of Russia since 2000 by the student Muhammad Mezez Isknder/International Politics Department .The study attempts to research and analyze the intellectual debate which spreads in the Russian environment after disintegration of Soviet Union , the appearance of Russian Federation and the big transformation which Russian foreign policy uses and retreating the ideological bases for the appearance the pragmatic bases in the Russian foreign political behavior.
According to the directions of Ministry of higher education and Scientific Research/Office of Research and Development NO.B T 5 /5820in 2021/9/9 concerning the Centre of The Electronic Computer in Al-Nahrain University starts computer efficiency courses for the applicants of the higher studies inside Iraq in( 2021-2022) by using electronic platform Canvas whose first course starts in 7/11/2021.
