The President of Al-Nahrain University,Prof.Dr.Muhamad Sahab Mahdy Salah presents congratulation for the Iraqi peoples on the occasion of the big achievement by inserting Babylon monuments as "the Title of Civilization and Culture" on the international heritage list ."
