The Department of Applied Diagnostic Analysis at the College of Science, Al-Nahrain University, organized a discussion session on "Brief Introduction to Human Genetics", with the attendance of several faculty members and postgraduate students.

 

The aim of the discussion session, presented by Ruaa Hamid Abdulridha, was to shed light on the concept of human genetics, Mendel's laws, as well as the known technique of genetic disease detection, karyotyping.
