College of Law in Al-Nahrain University discusses a doctorate thesis about the marine environment protection during the conflicts by the researcher Hassen Seed Ratha.The importance of study lies in the definitions of the importance of sea and human oceans and what it is exposed to the huge effects as a result of the armed conflicts as well as searching for solutions and treatments for the damage which affects it.
