Under the sponsorship of  President of University ,Prof.Dr.Al Abd Al-Aziz Al-Shawy ,Women’s Empowerment Unit organizes a workshop entitled The Role of  Society in  growing the phenomenon of violence against woman  in Presidency of University in cooperation with the members of the college and High Institute of Infertility Diagnosis &Assisted Reproductive Technologies.

Assistant Dean of College of Political Science ,Prof.Dr.Yaser Ali Ibrahim  heads   a discussion of Master dissertation  in College of  Imam Al-Kadhum for Islam Science about The Election Process in USA :An Analytic Study.The dissertation implies the nature of the election process and its administration in USA  as well as the nature of election , the means of its administration in USA  , the nature of the electoral system ,the depended mechanisms by the political systems in naming and announcing its candidates via the party conferences
