Recently ,Asst.Prof.Dr.Nores Rashed Tahah ,an instructor at the College of Law , Al-Nahrain University publishes a scientific book entitled :
Explanation the Penal Law-The Public Part as part of supporting the educational process and updating the legal curriculums.
The book provides a detailed explanation of the general provisions of the Iraqi Penal Code No.111 of 1969 (amended),using a simple and scientific approach supported by practical examples drawn from legal texts.In addition, it relies on judicial judges rulings and scholarly opinions of to explain the subjects that require in-depth explanation.
The author makes sure to include systematic diagrams of the research program's topics , which enhances its usability as an active educational tool for the students of College of Law and it contributes to simplifying concepts and facilitating study and academic research.
