An instructor ,Reem Salim Abd Allah from an office of Assistant of President of the University for the Administrative Affairs in Al-Nahrain University has published a book entitled The Local Finance for The Local Units-Baghdad Governorate Council as a Sample.
The book deals with the importance of the local finance as one of the basic principles of the dependence of the local units and its success in achieving its aims explaining that the financial and administrative dependence for each local unit doesn't achieve without the special financial sources which guarantee a free decision away from the direct central support.
The author has depended Baghdad Governorate as an applied sample in which she discusses the local finance resources that the council has gained with mechanism of exploitation of these finance resources and the optimal extent of employment in the service of the Iraqi capital.
