The College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University discusses a master's thesis entitled Cyber Diplomacy and International Cooperation Strategies in Addressing Digital Threats, submitted by the student Mustafa Ali Nayef.
The thesis aimes to analyze the concept of cyber diplomacy and its role in enhancing international coordination to confront digital threats. It also examines the strategies and policies adopted by states and international organizations to protect cyberspace and strengthen digital security.
The study concludes that the growing scale of cyber risks necessitates strengthening international partnerships and developing legal and regulatory frameworks to address cross-border digital threats. Such measures contribute to supporting international stability and safeguarding critical infrastructure and information systems.
