1-In this study, some pyrazole derivatives were synthesized by several steps as following:
First;1-(4-acetophenyl)-3-phenyltriazene (A1) was synthesized by two step.

- treatment of a primary aromatic amine (4-acetoaniline) with nitrous acid to form a diazonium salt.
- treatment of diazonium salt with aniline and sodium acetate.
Second; 4-acetophenyl-azo-4-(N,N-dimethylamino)benzene (A2) was synthesized by two step.
- treatment of a primary aromatic amine (4-acetoaniline) with nitrous acid to form a diazonium salt.
-Coupling reaction of diazonium ion with activated aromatic ring (4N,N-dimethlaniline).
Third:Chalcon derivatives (B1-B9) were synthesized by crossed aldol-condensation between (A1 and A2) compound and various aldehydes

Fourth; Organic compounds (C1-C18) were synthesized by reaction of
chalcone derivatives (B1-B9) with proper hydrazine (hydrazine hydrate, phenyl hydrazine).
2-The prepared compounds were identified by using FT-IR,H-NMR techniques, CHNO-S element analysis techniques and melting point device for them.
3-The prepared compounds (C1-C18) were used as corrosion inhibitors for mild steel in 1M H2SO at 30 C for 24 hr. Weight loss measurement was regarded as evaluation method to test the inhibition efficiency of the above compounds. Gibbs free energy values are calculated for the adsorption was obtained useful information to predict the interaction between organic compounds molecules and the metal surface as
Corrosion Inhibitors for the metal surface.
